Rank Advancement

Troop 21 has established protocols related to Scout Master Conferences and Advancement Boards of Review which are as follows:

Scout Master Conference: When a Scout is ready for a Scout Master Conference, the Scout should submit a request via the link above at least one week in advance of the desired conference.

Board of Review: Once a Scout has completed a Scout Master Conference, he is ready for a Board of Review. The Scout can request a board of review via the link above at least one week in advance of the desired Board of Review.

As a general rule, we will NOT be conducting a Scout Master Conference / Board of Review for a Scout:
* both on the same night
* on the same night as a scheduled parent meeting
Please contact the Scout Master if you have special circumstances which require a variance to the above procedures.

Description: The next district-wide MBC Training session will be graciously hosted by Troop 835. Check-in begins at 6:45 p.m. and the training begins at 7:00 p.m. (I still start on time) and runs for 90 minutes, because we're now using National's MBC Training PowerPoint, which is the most up-to-date information available. The training is still free and you register directly with me at drgwandsp@msn.com, NOT through DoubleKnot at Council. When you register, please include your name and unit number. Deadline to pre-register is Wednesday, June 26, 5:00 p.m. However, drop-ins are welcome, as always. I request you arrange to leave your children at home or with friends, as the host troop is not meeting that night.
